公路工程材料及仪器设备专业标准化工作组成立大会暨第一届年会顺利召开

2011年12月19日，全国交通工程设施（公路）标准化技术委员会公路工程材料及仪器设备专业标准化工作组成立大会暨第一届年会在海南博鳌隆重举行。
交通运输部科技司洪晓枫副司长，宫生晨副处长，张唐副处长，工作组主任委员、交通运输部公路科学研究院张劲泉副院长，中国公路学会副理事长、工作组副主任委员刘家镇，秘书长兼副主任委员杨志峰，全国交通工程设施（公路）标准化技术委员会的唐琤琤副秘书长,交通运输部公路科学研究院科技处高海龙副处长，各政府机构、有关院校、科研院所、协会、企业的委员代表等近60人出席了成立大会。
大会宣读了成立全国交通工程设施（公路）标准化技术委员会公路工程材料及仪器设备专业标准化工作组的批文，并宣布了委员名单。交通运输部公路科学研究院张劲泉副院长致欢迎词，他表示公路院有实力、有义务、有条件、有信心承担好工作组的管理和服务工作。交通运输部科技司洪晓枫副司长介绍了工作组成立的背景、必要性、意义，并对工作组今后的工作提出了建议和要求，秘书长杨志峰做了工作组年度工作汇报和下一步工作计划的报告。下午委员分组审查了两个行业标准和计量检定规程。
大会一致通过了公路工程材料及仪器设备专业标准化工作组章程和秘书处工作细则及工作计划，会议在热烈的气氛中圆满结束。

Ministry of Transport and Technology Division Hong Xiaofeng, Deputy Director, Deputy Director of Palace of Health Chen, Zhang Tang, Deputy Director, Working Group Chairman, Department of Transportation Highway Research Institute Zhang Jinquan vice president, vice president of China Highway Institute, Working Group Vice Liu, chairman of the town, Secretary-General and Deputy Chairman Yang ZF, the National Traffic Engineering Facility (highway) Standardization Technical Committee of the Tang Cheng Cheng, Deputy Secretary-General, Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport and Technology Division, Deputy High Commissioner of the Dragon, government agencies, the colleges, research institutes, associations, businesses and representatives of nearly 60 members who attended the inaugural meeting.
Establishment of the National Assembly read out traffic engineering facilities (highway) Standardization Technical Committee highway construction materials and equipment Standardization Working Group approval, and announced the list of the members. Ministry of Transport and Road Research Institute Zhang Jinquan welcoming Vice President, Hospital Road, he said there is strength, obligation, conditions and assume good faith working group management and services. Ministry of Transport and Technology Division Hong Xiaofeng, deputy director of the establishment of the Working Group introduced the background, necessity, meaning, and the future work of the working group recommendations and requests the Secretary-General Yang ZF to do the work of the Working Group annual report and next steps project report. Group members reviewed at two industry standards and verification procedures.
General Assembly unanimously adopted a highway construction materials and equipment Standardization Working Group charter and the Secretariat work rules and work plan, meeting in a warm atmosphere, a successful conclusion.
